Yes, AvidXchange may lead the charge - and we will - but we’ll need support, feedback, encouragement, criticism, and collaboration from you, the User. Although it may be more sexy to focus on other business processes, the accounts payable process is, we’ve found, generally inefficient and ripe with opportunity for improvement. AvidXchange is committed to helping organizations automate their accounts payable process.

Customer Support Must be the Priority -
The days when software companies can provide poor or inferior support for their customers is over. In today’s environment of rapid innovation and alternative solutions, software companies must provide exceptional levels of customer support to protect their revenue streams (present and future), extend their brand reach (customer referrals), and improve their margins (happy customers are more profitable customers). This site, ultimately, is about supporting you, our customer, and is an example of how we live one of our Core Values: Being passionate about client success.

The Future of Software is Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) -
There is a paradigm shift occurring in the software industry driven by the power and flexibility of the internet and the rising expectations of Users who want to solve problems more easily than in the past. Google, Amazon.com, and companies like them have raised the bar for all of us. Increasingly, and at an accelerating pace, software is being delivered to end-users as a service through web applications. AvidXchange understands what it takes to be successful as a SaaS provider and will continue to help advance the industry’s march in this direction.
