Price risk management reduces your exposure to market price volatility while leveraging market fluctuations in your favor. Market risk is managed by balancing supply versatility, market volatility, and risk tolerance. Derivative products may be recommended, such as caps and collars, with a clear explanation of both and the upside/ downside risk of each strategy.
